1. THE COMPETITION
1.1 This Competition is a skill-based prize competition and is not a lottery, gambling service, or random lottery arrangement.
1.2 Entry into the Competition requires participants to:

• correctly answer the required skill-based question(s);
• provide accurate contact information; and
• comply with all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
1.3 Only entries that satisfy all requirements will be eligible for the prize draw.
2. THE PRIZE
2.1 The prize is: 2018 BMW M140i

2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to provide the vehicle as described or offer a cash alternative where applicable under these Terms.
2.3 The winner is responsible for:
• arranging insurance;
• road tax;
• registration requirements;
• collection or transportation costs;
• any ongoing running costs after the prize has been awarded.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Entrants must:
• be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
• be a UK resident;
• provide valid personal contact details;
• comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Employees, contractors, agents, representatives of the Promoter, and members of the Promoter’s immediate family or household are not permitted to enter.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who fails to provide satisfactory proof.
4. TICKET PURCHASE AND ENTRY LIMITS
4.1 Tickets are available at the advertised price of £20 per ticket.
4.2 The minimum number of tickets required for the Competition to proceed is: 2,000 tickets (“Minimum Reserve”)
4.3 The maximum number of tickets available is: 2,500 tickets
4.4 Each individual entrant may purchase a maximum of: 10 tickets per person
4.5 Any attempt to purchase tickets above this limit through multiple accounts, names, payment methods, or any other method may result in disqualification and cancellation of entries.
4.6 Tickets are only valid once payment has been successfully received.
5. SKILL QUESTION REQUIREMENT
5.1 All entrants must correctly answer the Competition skill question(s) before their entry can qualify.
5.2 Incorrect answers will result in the entry being invalid and the participant will not be eligible for the prize.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding whether an answer is correct is final.
5.4 The Competition is operated as a skill-based competition and not a lottery.
6. WINNER SELECTION
6.1 Once the Competition has reached the required conditions, a winner will be selected from all valid eligible entries.
6.2 Only entrants who:
• purchased a valid ticket;
• answered the skill question correctly; and
• complied with these Terms
will be included.
6.3 The winner will be contacted using the details provided during entry.
